Reflections on a New Year, New Lessons & Fresh Beginnings

Welcome 2025! As I return to clinic this week and step into 2025, I wanted to take a moment to share some personal reflections, lessons, and exciting updates with you. This past year has been a whirlwind—professionally, I’ve had an incredibly rewarding year running a busy clinic and supporting so many of you on your health journeys. But personally, it’s also been another year of significant growth and recalibration for me. Whilst I love to continue to evolve and learn – employing actionable changes were super rewarding for me!
When Life Reminds You to Slow Down.
Early last year, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, another autoimmune condition. Despite my knowledge as a nutritionist and health coach, this was a humbling reminder that life happens—and it doesn’t discriminate irrespective of your role.
Following lockdown – I had spent years pouring my energy into my work and family, thinking I had everything balanced because I was in remission with my lupus and felt great making progress in my goals. But the reality was, I wasn’t truly listening to my body. I was over-committing, running on autopilot, and neglecting some of the core principles I help my clients prioritise every day:
