The Spring Equinox marks the first day of spring, a time associated with renewal, fertility, and the beginning of the growing season.

This workshop weaves together the seasonal shift, the New Moon in Pisces, and Mercury moving direct in Pisces, creating a powerful moment to release what has completed, reconnect to your inner knowing, and begin consciously preparing to step into the astrological new year as Aries season approaches.

Our two-hour journey begins with an astrology-led yoga flow, designed to help you physically and energetically integrate this seasonal turning point. Through breath, slow intentional movement, and nervous system regulation, you’ll be guided to soften winter’s heaviness, reconnect to your body, and create space for what is ready to grow next. From this grounded state, we move into a personalised astrology workshop where you’ll explore how the current energy is activating your life and how to work with it consciously. You’ll be guided through intention setting under the New Moon in Pisces, understanding Mercury moving direct after a period of reflection, and preparing for Aries seasonthe true beginning of the astrological year, when momentum, action, and forward movement return.

Together, this immersive experience is designed to help you move into spring feeling clear, aligned, and deeply connected to what you are ready to bring to life in the year ahead.
