Hot FlowLorraine discovered yoga in her mid 20’s and initially kept up a regular practice to realign her body and sooth aches and pains after dance rehearsals and performances. She loved the discipline of yoga and attributes her practice for sustaining her mentally and physically throughout her long dance career.

After years of pushing her body to the extreme as a performer and then experiencing 2 pregnancies this mindful practice of self love has helped her listen to her body much better and teach her to respond appropriately.
By connecting her mind, body and breath many things began to feel attainable. Learning and continuing to discover about herself has been a wonderfully challenging and unexpected gift of her yoga journey.
Lorraine likes to teach with compassion, encouragement and kindness. Aiming to pass on the teaching of self agency in her classes, encouraging her students to connect with themselves mentally, physically and emotionally and then teach them to respond with love and patience.
She loves the heat of hot yoga and loves to flow. Expect her classes to be as strong or as gentle as you choose to make them!
