200hr YTT with Julee Yew-Crijns

Vinyasa is at the very heart of this 200hr training, allowing you to qualify as a versatile and confident teacher, with numerous sequences at your disposal.

Julee Yew Crjins has been practising yoga for almost 25 years and has taught yoga full time since 2007. Over the past 10 years, Julee has been an assistant on Simon Park’s (noted by Yoga Journal as “one of the most influential and gifted yoga teachers of the next generation”) teacher trainings, been invited to teach on several teacher trainings in the UK, Malaysia, Sweden & Netherlands, and started a Vinyasa Training and mentoring programme that she has loved facilitating.

A founding director of our studio for many years, she is the ideal lead trainer on this programme, which she has created and curated to show you how to deliver your presence; presence is the way you speak to every student in the room and hold space for everyone, such that makes them feel seen and encourages them to step into their full potential, both on and off the mat.

This syllabus has been designed to serve you, no matter your skill.

12-Month YTT with Gregory Angell

Become a certified Yoga Teacher and inspiration within your community through this 200hr 12-month programme, incorporating key teacher training elements blended with mentoring and self-study. No Prerequisites. Open to all.

The goal of this training is to produce inspiring Yoga teachers who are able to draw on their own practice and personal discipline in imparting the Yoga experience to others. The training will not be just an academic transferring of techniques; the teachings will be transmitted in such a way that the essence of Yoga can be absorbed into the heart of the student.

For any science to be useful, it must address two aspects: theory and practice. Even the best of theoretical knowledge is insufficient in itself to solve the problems of life. And if knowledge is not put into practice, it only serves the purpose of intellectual entertainment.

This teacher training is not content with providing a lofty philosophical understanding of of Yoga; it will also instil clear-cut techniques for implementing its precepts for everyday living.
